In a couple of days i am doing 30 cupcakes with fondant animals on top of each one. the woman that ordered the cupcakes lives an hour away and wants to pick them up. im worried about the animals sliding off the top or the icing melting! This week its supposed to be in the 90's all week so im freaking out! also, the boxes that i usually use to transport cupcakes isn't tall enough! what do i do?! HELP!!
AMake the fondant animals on a toothpick ahead of time so they'll dry out. You can box them up separate from the cupcakes. Let the customer stick the toothpick on the cupcakes when she gets home.
1 more thing!! when i drive my cupcakes to a location, i dont have ac. how can i keep them cool and from melting!!??
