I am making this cake for my cousin's wedding. I don't know how or where to find the black ribbon coming off of the cake. Are they made with wire and ribbon or can I order them somewhere? I can't find them at my local floral shop.  Please help. Thank you in advance for any ideas or information.

I believe you rub the edge of the scissors with the ribbon and voila, but i'm not sure.

Watch this video until the end, looks like curling it the wrong way makes the look you are looking for.

Thank you for all of the replies. Is it satin ribbon or curling ribbon?
