Hi there everyone!
It is now summer and there are a LOT of up coming events and opportunites for me to sell my cupcakes BUT, just about all of them are being held outside. I live in upstate NY and the temperature gets between the 80-90's but never gets to 100, well, very rarely anyway. How do I sell my cupcakes at say......a fair outside without the frosting melting???? Grant it i would have an over head tent, but how do i store the remaining piping bags with frosting in them? I cant put them on ice of course because the frosting with stiffen. Has anyone ever done this before? Please help me ASAP! Thank you all in advance!!!!!!!
