AHi! I make a marshmallow fondant and when covering cakes after they are stacked and put together, my fondant always bubbles all the way around where my layers are. Is it my filling pushing out? Or is it air bubbles in my fondant where the layers are? Can't seem to not get it to do that!

Are you putting a firm dam of BC around the layers before filling? After that put a cake pan with something weighted in it and let your cake settle. Leah uses a ceramic tile http://cakecentral.com/t/633571/my-newest-trick Good luck!
