like this photo? I was thinking of covering the cake upside down and leaving a bit of overhang. How would I get it to stand up after I flip the cake? suggestions?

AYou could mix 1/2 fondant and 1/2 modeling chocolate or all chocolate. I've done a basket cake before where it had a slight wall by using both medium.
