I sell my cupcakes at a local Farmers' Market. Lately I have been having difficulties with my chocolate buttercream. It's either too hard when I refrigerate it or just too soft when it's left out. I just can't get it right. I'm looking for a delicious chocolate frosting recipe that will hold up with the heat and humidity. Thanks!
