I am opening a cupcake shop soon and would like to know whats the best way to store and display the cupakes? in a glass cabinet? in a cake fridge? cake stands? AC? Or open or does the air dry them out?

I am not a pro but I think the best way to store them is going to be in some sort of display case. You do not want to leave cupcakes out in the open as they will dry out. If you get a non-refrigerated display case, you can store them there and get a refrigerated one for food items that need to be kept refrigerated like pies, tarts, etc.
