I'm literally elbows deep into a large cake here and am wondering if you can help! I am making an Everton (soccer team from England) cake for my father in law's birthday tomorrow. I have coloured it with the Wilton royal blue icing colour. It's not quite the right colour so I'm wondering the best way to adjust it.
I have seen adding a touch of red with brighten and touch of purple will darken it. Just don't feel like experimenting at this point!
I'm not exactly sure what that color is but this chart helps me quite a bit
