Here is the recipe I wanted to try (This will be for a filling of a cupcake)
Dark Chocolate Whiskey Ganache ◦
16 ounces good quality dark chocolate 65-72 %, chopped into small pieces 1/4 inch or less.
◦3/4 cup heavy cream ◦
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened ◦
1/4 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
All I could find at the store was Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips.... It doesn't say anywhere on the pack the % of chocolate - Would these work out okay?
Hershey's Extra Dark - 60% cocoa solids
that sounds good
