Recently, a friend introduced me to the Hershey Black Magic cake recipe. I baked it, covered it in ganache, and I swear, it is the best tasting thing I have ever baked.
So, my question is, there have to be others, right? What recipes do you make that taste so good you can't believe they came out of your kitchen?
My Vanilla Bean cake. I'm not even a big vanilla fan. Give me chocolate!! But this I could eat the whole thing all by myself. I will have to try that recipe though.
I am also using GANACHE to cover the cakes and also using BUTTER-CREAM.

I am using GANACHE When its warm, ganache is poured over cakes or cookies to form a smooth glossy coating. Because, if it is chilled, it can be formed into chocolate truffles.
So, i think use GANACHE when it is WARM.
