AI would like to know if gumpaste is better to work with than fondant? I haven't worked with gumpaste but would like to give it a shot.Also how does gumpaste taste, I know my kids love mmf.

Gumpaste is not the same as fondant.  Gumpaste is used for smaller decorations like flowers, because it dries hard and fast, so it holds its shape well, and can be rolled thinner.  Fondant is much tastier!

Gumpaste is edible, but it's very hard. I wouldn't advise eating it. You might chip a tooth!
