you know... more people love texture of cookies is crispy!

but... i baked sugar cookies.... i want let it cool down, then, decorate with royal icing.

but cookies moist...............

when the cookies is done. The texture is not crispy >___<

my friend and my family... feel not good

 

how can i improve my cookies?

 

i try bake long time... but side of cookies will brown.

Get some cookies preparing books or order cookies online books for best instruction.

Try baking at a lower temperature for a longer time. I usually bake my shortbread cookies at 350 F but when I don't want them to brown I drop the temp to 300 F.

The moisture from your icing is being absorbed by your cookie, you need to dry the icing faster before the water gets into your cookies try using a fan or a dehumidifier.

if i try using a fan let the icing faster dry...

the cookies not quick moist?
