I got to make Vanilla cake for diabetic friendly. Any recommendations?
I would take your regular vanilla cake (or whatever flavor you need) recipe and simply substitute Splenda for the sugar in the recipe. Same for the frosting.
ASome people with diabetes also have issue with certain types of flour that are high on the glycemic index, so I recommend talking to the diabetic person to get their specific dietary restrictions.
