I have a confirmed cake order for something like this. I have never made the eiffel tower before. After making the pieces I will have to deliver it a 1/2 hour distance from my shop.
I will make the pieces, make the cake tiers and set up on site for my own piece of mind. My Question is, Would you recommend I use royal icing or sugar veil?
