Hello all, I will be making a new chocolate cake recipe and it calls for Hershey's cocoa, would I be able to substitute that with Fry's cocoa instead? any insight would be great. thanks

AAs long as Fry's cocoa isn't Dutch process, you'll be fine substituting Hershey's. Some people sub out Dutch process for regular, and vice versa with no issues.
