So I made some flowers for a cake but I'm not sure what to do with the leftovers? How do you store the flowers once they are made so they don't break?

You can put them in egg crates and then use some silica packets (they come with shoes, e.t.c) to keep them dry.  Then store them in a box. I just put mine in a plastic container with wax paper and they seem fine.  The key is to keep them from moisture, light and breakage.

I just keep mine in those plastic storage shoe box bins.
