We have 98% humidity now ( what is not typical for this region)
My Paté de Fruits looks like juice, but not like marmalade..
Fondant decorations are soft.. I would say, too soft..
Icing under chocolate fondant "floats" ( even if I've never had any problems with my icing before!)
aaaa....
Should I reduce quantity of sugar?
What do you do with your cakes, when it rains like cats and dogs?
