My niece wants flowers like on the cake linked below for her birthday.  Can anyone help me with how to make this flower? Is there a silicone mat with this or is it an electronic cut or perhaps a chocolate transfer?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

It's a hibiscus flower, and it's a stencil. Probably available thru Designer Stencils. Just google "hibiscus cake stencil" and it will surely pop up.

Thank you so much for the quick reply!  I haven't stenciled before, but I'm up for giving it a try.  Do you think buttercream or royal icing is the better choice or something else?
