A customer who is from Guatemala has asked me to make a black forest cake.  Here is what I would like to know,

I can get and have recipes but being that in different parts of the world things are made a bit different, I would like to know if there is an or some different ingredients to the Selva Negro (Black Forest) from Guatemala as opposed to U.S.
