ALast night I tested out my own marshmallow fondant using the marshmallow fluff, crisco and icing sugar recipe. It is really crumbly and was also crumbly this morning after letting set in the fridge over night. What can I add to save this fondant? More marshmallow fluff? I don't know if it needs more fluff or more crisco but as soon as you try to roll it out it crumbles. Please help!

AWhy are you using fluff vs miniature marshmallows? If you're testing it out to develop a new recipe why not divide it in half and test out both of your hypotheses?

Hi,

never put the fondant in a fridge. You should store it in a closet. Is better use the marshmallows.

Good luck
