I am trying to make a Thomas face for a friend of mines Thomas the Train cake and I've made two so far.....but I don't really like either one!

I know we are all our worst critics so I wanted to see if you guys liked either one or none of them, before I decide if I scrap them both.

What do you think?

I like the one on the left better. I think it's supposed to be raised, not "balls on top" like on the right one.

I have this tutorial, if it helps. You work on one side, then flip it over.

The right one, but the eyes from the left one!

ASometimes it helps if someone points out what is off. The eyebrows are a tad to large & his eyes are too straight. Otherwise, spot on!

AI still mean the left one. If you can fix those 2 things, you've got him.

I don't know why, but for some reason when I posted the most recent photo, it started a whole new thread.  Maybe its user error again, sorry.  But here is number three that I was working on.  I think this one is a little better.

Thanks everyone!!

My niece sometimes love to watch Thomas The Train. I know what Thomas' face looks like even I don't really pay attention on the detail but after I look at it again.. I think the third one is better with the eyes and eye brows but I think you should change the nose part and mouth part below with the first one on the left side. Cause I think Thomas' characteristic is the round nose and the chubby cheek that make it cuter.
