So I am currently living an area were I will be working with a lot of Hispanic clients. I have found a lot of resistance from the community with going with cakes that are frosted with buttercream or fondant. So I did some research and discovered Frosting Pride. The product has been used by other Mexican bakeries on cakes in the area, but to be frank the decorating of the cakes is kinda of ugly. I would like to use this product but it doesn't really "play" well with fondant. Any ideas? Please help I would like to deliver a cake that is delicious as well as pretty to the eye. Thanks!!!
