Does anyone have experience working with Whipped Cream Frosting under Fondant?
I am just wondering if Mock Whipped Cream Frosting is stable enough to go under fondant.
I have an order and need to frost, cover and decorate a cake on a Friday night and then deliver on Saturday morning early.
If Mock Whipped cream frosting IS stable enough to put under fondant, does it taste good? Can I leave it out overnight at room temp without it going bad?
