AI would really love to learn some professional sugar craft skills from a reputable college that will hopefully enable me to make cakes professionally. Could you please give me any advice on respected courses that would be good value for money and give me the necessary skills. Is it possible to make a decent living out of cake making or is it always difficult to get paid sufficiently for the time you put into it? Does anybody offer any apprentiships?
