Adoes anyone actually have a good sugar free recipe that uses Splenda? I am actually looking for one that does not need to be refrigerated preferrably a buttercream.

AI would like to know also. My moms a diabetic so it would come in handy. My friend attempted one and it wasn't stable very loose and runny but hers was chocolate.

AMy husband is diabetic also and I can seem to find a home made brownie recipe (sugar free) that works good either. The sugar substitute (splenda) doesn't cook the same in brownies :-( But I am doing a famers market and I am having requests for sugar free cupcakes/brownies (I have given up on brownies) so, I was hoping someone here has a good recipe for icing ;-)
