Hi,

I am making a homemade strawberry cake. Do I need to refrigerate this after I have baked, iced and covered in fondant? No filling either.

It seems everyone has a different school of thought when it comes to this. Personally, I always refrigerate cakes with fresh fruit in them.

I don't refrigerate strawberry cakes.  Why would you if the fruit is cooked while it's baked?
