I am very new to baking and to Cake Central.  (today)  I haven't had any formal training whatsoever on cake baking or decorating but I have watched a LOT of television shows that show "caking".  I am totally and completely self taught and I hope I can learn a lot more from you all at CC.  Thanks for being here to answer my questions and give me ideas.
