i was looking at an old thread about filling cupcakes. they said they used pudding mix whipped with heavy cream and milk. Would this be a good filling for vanilla cake? its being covered in cream cheese frosting then fondant. or i could just do more of the frosting as my filling.

I think it would make a good filling. There are actually chocolate mousse pudding mixes now as well. Personally, I don't like frosting as a filling in a cupcake but I tend to like less frosting on things anyway.
