AI tried the viva and it sticks. I've use a classic bc recipe. I don't put shortening in, should I? I get a lot of air bubbles in general. Ahhh so frustrating. Any tips to help and also how thick should fondant be when rolled out? Thank you!

AYou'll need a crusting BC to use the Viva method. I use a bench scraper & a bit of water.
