AI prepared my buttercream two days ahead for the 150 cupcakes I'm making for my brothers wedding. Today is the deadline and I forgot to take the buttercream out of the fridge this morning! Is there a quick way to bring the BC to room temp quickly without ruining the fluff?

Yes, re-whip it.

re whipping right away may be too hard on your mixer. I would divide it into smaller batches and let it thaw. It should only take about an hour anfd then re-whip it

AI microwave buttercream straight from the fridge, 10sec intervals until soft enough for my mixer (but not too soft or melted). If it still is too cold, i blowtorch the mixer bowl while it's whipping.

AThank you! I separated it all into small bowls and re-whipped. It was still a little to chilled when I went to pipe the cupcakes and my hands hurts so bad now but it was worthy it because they look pretty good :)
