I was asked to make a red velvet wedding cake with cream cheese frosting.  My question is... would I charge more for this cake?  It certainly takes more ingredients which puts the price of ingredients higher than a normal cake with buttercream frosting.  How much more would you charge? Thanks.

AThis doesn't answer your question but there have been lots if threads on here about cream cheese frosting not holding up to heat very well. The cake needs to be refrigerated for most of the time can't sit at the reception for hours on end.
