I have the pink fondant from fondarific, I need a neon pink, can I add the Americolor electric pink to it to make it neon, or do I need to start with white fondant?

If you already have fondant that is pink, certainly you can add more coloring to it to obtain whatever shade you need/want.  Starting from white will only cause you to use FAR MORE paste/gel than necessary.

Thank you!  I wasn't sure since the oringal pink isn't the electric pink....
