AWith the lighting and shadow it's kinda hard to tell but I believe it's part piping and part lace mold.
It does look like cornelli lace then lace molds. Gorgeous!
Thanks for your replies...I was thinking the same thing. Do you think I should order that mold? It's the closest one I can find to that design.
AI don't know why not! Is it the right size?
I think so. The only thing I would have to do is after it is molded, cut some individual flowers and leaves out and put them on :)
I agree, it sure looks like the flowers and leaves on the cake, but they probably let them dry a few minutes then cut it apart and placed them where they wanted and filled in with cornelli lace. Wow it sure is a beautiful cake! Good luck!
Yep. Cornelli lace and then the molds. Here is a writeup about the wedding where the cake was served:
It looks like the company that made the cake is called Cake Crumbs.
Wow thanks for sharing the article on the wedding...so beautiful, that cake looked so elegant and perfect!
Kerry_Kake, where did you find that lace mold?
it's a CK mold.
Thank you leah_s.
