Has anyone used the Pure Pantry baking mix (gluten free) as a substitute for wheat flour in a recipe? I've checked their website and they do have a number of recipes using the flour, though none really for a cake or cupcakes. I'm considering buying a bag and trying to use it cup for cup to replace wheat flour in one of my recipes, but would love to know if anyone has already tried this and whether or not it was successful.
