So tonight I made a half batch of the scratch yellow WASC cake for a first birthday smash cake I will be decorating tomorrow.  The half batch also made a half dozen cuppies, so the hubby and I tried one. WOW..so good! It was light and moist and my husband announced he LOVED it!  This is coming from a man that prefers the white funfetti box cake.  Not that there is anything wrong with that, it is what he grew up with. But his conversion is a testament to the recipe, especially when frosting wasn't involved!  Thank you to the lovely ladies who worked at creating this recipe on this site. thumbs_up.gif
