So, I bought all these fat daddio pans, and they are the cheesecake pans- with a  removable bottom. Can I bake regular cakes in them?

Do I still line the bottom with parchment?

AThat's all I use! I purposefully purchased bottomless. Makes life much easier for me.

Anything to make my cake life less stressful, I always use parchment to line my pan in.  Great job on the findthumbs_up.gif
