Bright Food Coloring

Can someone please recommend what kind of food coloring you use to get the bright neon colored frosting. I use Wilton paste food coloring but can't seem to get the bright colors. Thanks for your help!

Try Americolor electric gel colours - they are awesome!

I agree with cherrycakes.  The bakery I work at uses Americolor, and occasionally I have had problems with the icing being TOO neon!  thumbs_up.gif

AAmericolor is the best. Wilton is subpar.

I agree with the rest! I LOVE americolor, and haven't used my Wilton colors in years, though I still have them, for some odd reason.... I do plan on rinsing them out, and using the pots for mixing edible paints for cakes ;-)
