Ok... 2nd layer came out beautifully. I did lose a little side to the layer that was over filled. Do I use that as the top layer; and even up the bottom, or vice versa? These are 16" rounds and am trying not to have to make another if at all possible. They will be the base for a tiered wedding cake if that helps at all.
Hope that made sense; just finished an order of 300 individually wrapped cake truffles yesterday and still haven't recovered!
