I have to make a cross cake for a christening and the client wants to have a sfolia centre. Has anyone made this kind of filling. I can not seem to find anything online.

Seems like it a puff pastry with a custard filling. There is a link to a recipe. Also, I think it has a g in the name Sfoglia.
