I'm certain there are tutorials for this, but I don't know what it's called so I don't know how to search for it!  How do I make the fondant topper like this so that it has the rounded edges on the side of the cake?  If you can just direct me to a tutorial, that would be great!  Thank you so much!

CakemomTX has a great way of doing it on this thread. I have a scalloped cutter. I am sure you could find one or make one from cardboard to get the look you are going for.
