Hi - this might have already been discussed somewhere here, but I was wondering if anyone has ever tried storing their dried gum-paste/fondant creations in their container(s), set on a piece of parchment over a bed of rice?

Are there any other 'moisture-wicking' techniques for storage of those intricate decorations not intended for consumption?

Thanks bunches!  This place is awesome!!

you can use silica gel, or just store the flowers in a non-airtight container at room temp in a non-humid area. http://acaketorememberva.blogspot.com/2013/01/silica-to-keep-your-gumpaste-dry.html
