It is amazing though how when you threaten to cancel their order they actually stop all the carp .

I would give her one more shot to see if she behaves now that she knows her order can get canceled. Folks tend to act right when they know they can't get away with nonsense.

Vgcea, that is what I have decided.My cakes freeze beautifully and an extra choccy mud in the freezer never goes astray .

Customer behaved and picked up her cake , with only one more phonecall to tell me her husband was stuck in traffic and would be a little late. She has however gone on my NO CAKE FOR YOU list
