Hi all,

I have a question.....Can you decorate on Chocolate with Royal icing (piped), I have cake pops to decorate for mothers day and can't seem to find out if this can be done.

You can do it, it will stick. BUT any change in temperature, if the chocolate gets too warm or too cold then the royal icing doesn't expand or contract like the chocolate does, so it' likely to crack or chip. I would stick with decorating with different colors of chocolate.
