I don't like frozen buttercream transfers. I am sure I am doing something wrong but they always break. I do the piping gel transfer. Since you have letters on yours make sure you are doing it facing the right direction. Here is a tutorial for it. http://www.bakedecoratecelebrate.com/techniques/transferringpatterns.cfm?cat=6

Personally, I'd do it on my computer, and take it down to the local cake supply, and have it printed onto edible printing media.
