A[IMG]http://cakecentral.com/content/type/61/id/2995900/width/200/height/400[/IMG] Hi I have to put this logo on top of a cake this week but my icing can sometimes be messy can anyone recommend the best way to do this fondant transfer/frozen butter cream transfer

I don't like frozen buttercream transfers. I am sure I am doing something wrong but they always break. I do the piping gel transfer. Since you have letters on yours make sure you are doing it facing the right direction. Here is a tutorial for it. http://www.bakedecoratecelebrate.com/techniques/transferringpatterns.cfm?cat=6

Personally, I'd do it on my computer, and take it down to the local cake supply, and have it printed onto edible printing media.
