Has anyone else had previously frozen cake that seemed "too" moist after it is thawed?  It tasted OK but after I cut the iced cake later, it did not slice well because it seemed to want to fall apart.  I waited until the cake was cool before I froze it initially.  Not sure what I did wrong.
