I know this is prbably such a basic question:
Party is Saturday - I made the cookies last night.
Do I freeze them and then take them out Thursday night to frost RI?
Or do I frost today and just leave them in fridge till Saturday?
If you freeeze, then take them out 12 hours before you plan to start frosting. They need to be at room temperature and bone dry on the outside of the package to safely add royal icing.
