Hello all, purchased a 50# bag of Conagra BrandÂ cake flour from restaurant depot and noticed it said hi-ratio is there a difference?Â I just started a home bakery and was looking for a more economical way than buying boxes of swans down.Â Do I need to change my recipes?Â Â Any help at all would be appreciated!
