Hello, I am looking at making a penguin cake for my son's 2nd birthday (he loves happy feet) so I thought I would use the 3D bear tin (wilton) and cut the ears off and ice him then put fairy floss over his body as the fluffy fur like in Happy feet would this be a good idea??? Also what is the best cake mix to use for the 3d tin I know they say butter cake but they don't stay as fresh as a mud cake (as I'm wanting to bake the cake a few days in advance so it gives me time to decorate it)  ANY help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Even any pics of penguin cakes
