I'm in desperate need of some help / advice! I've just registered to have a cupcake stall at this huge event (they are estimating a turnout of 10,000 people over the weekend!). Now so far ive only done fetes with a couple of hundred people max. Has anyone on here done an event on the same scale? How many did you make / sell? Please help!
I can tell you from doing events both large and small that in my experience the market for desserts at large events is 10% of the attendance.
