AHey CC Family,
I am making Mother Day Cakes for some really important people in my life, nothing to big I'm doing 4"x2" an 6" x 2'" tier cakes... But what I am wondering is, do you think lemon came with raspberry filling will be good with white chocolate ganache? Or what is a good flavor for mothers day?? An one more thing I'm making 4 so hoe many days in advance can I make the cakes. An one I am delivering from sacramento Ca to vallejo Ca which is about an hour an a half ride!!! An is it easy to color satin ice fondant or should I Jus do MMF??!!!
